Browse a client’s upcoming schedule

You can view a client’s future bookings on their upcoming schedule, which can be found through their client profile. From here, you can also reconcile unpaid visits or change a client’s attendance status.

View a client’s upcoming schedule

To view a client’s upcoming schedule, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button enter the client’s information in the box, and click their name to access their client profile.

  2. On the client’s profile menu, click Attendance > Upcoming Schedule. The list of upcoming services the client has booked are displayed.

    • To export the upcoming schedule, click Export.

    • To print the upcoming schedule, click Print.

Summary cards in the upcoming schedule

The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary Card

Description

Lifetime

The total number of services the client has attended since signing up with your business.

Total Sessions

The total number of sessions the client was booked into during the selected date range, regardless of their attendance status.

Classes

The total number of classes the client was booked into during the selected date range, regardless of their attendance status.

Events

The total number of events the client was booked into during the selected date range, regardless of their attendance status.

Gym Visits

The total number of gym visits the client was booked into during the selected date range, regardless of their attendance status.

Appointments

The total number of appointments the client was booked into during the selected date range, regardless of their attendance status.

Assets

The total number of assets used by the client.

Wait List

The total number of services for which the client is on a wait list.

Booking Request

The total number of booking requests made by the client.

Headings in the upcoming schedule

Field

Description

Date and Time

The date and time at which the service is scheduled to occur. The green icon indicates the booking has been paid for, while a red icon indicates the booking is unpaid.

Note: You can customize the view and choose whether to include the date and time in separate columns.

Service Details

The name of the service, the location where the service was booked, the client who booked the service, and their relationship with the client, if applicable.

Asset

The name of the asset booked for the service, if applicable. Click the View asset layout button to see the booked asset in context.

Staff Name

The photo and name of the staff member who is scheduled to conduct the service.

Paid With

The payment status for the service.

Click the Edit button to change the payment method or make a payment.

Capacity

Displays the capacity for classes and events.

Status

The attendance status of the service. Statuses include Attended, Early Cancel, Late Cancel, No-Show, Booked, and Pending.

Click the Edit button to change the client’s attendance status.

Notes

Click the Notes button to view, add, edit, print, or delete SOAP or QUICK notes related to the service.

Forms

The forms associated with the service booking. You can monitor the completion status through the green and red status indicators.

If the form is complete, staff members with the corresponding staff role permissions can click on the form to view the responses. If the form is incomplete, they have the option to edit it.

Action

Click the Action button to perform the following actions:

  • Early Cancel Session –cancels the session early.

  • Cancel Session – cancels the session.

  • Cancel All Recurring Sessions – cancels all recurring sessions.

  • Export visit invoice as PDF – Exports the invoice for the visit as PDF file.

  • Email visit invoice – Emails the invoice for the visit to the client.

  • Print visit invoice – Prints a copy of the invoice for the visit.
