Register as a new client from the Self-Registration Kiosk

When a business you’re visiting has a Self Registration Kiosk, you can easily register new profiles for yourself and your family members.

Note: After you register through the Self Registration Kiosk and set your password through the welcome email, you’ll receive another email informing you that your password changed.

Register as a new client from the Self-Registration Kiosk

To register as a new client from the Self-Registration Kiosk:

  1. Click Register a new client.

  2. Enter your profile details.

  3. To register a related client, click Add Relationship at the top of the page, then enter their profile details.

    • To create separate login credentials for related client, set Personalized login credentials to ON.

    • To use the same phone number for the related client, set Use phone number to ON.

    • To use the same address for the related client, set Use address to ON.

  4. Click Save.

    • If the business requires a waiver to complete registration, review the waiver, select the I agree to use Electronic Signatures checkbox, and provide your digital signature. The waiver will be duplicated to all family members’ accounts.

    • Click Save. Your registration is complete.
