Understanding the Self Registration Kiosk

The Self Registration Kiosk allows new clients to register themselves and family members either in person at your business location or online through a provided business URL. Clients are asked to fill out required profile fields and are then prompted to accept your business contract and waiver.

What you can do with the Self Registration Kiosk

The Self Registration Kiosk gives your clients the convenience and ease of signing up with your business. Here are some of the things you can use it for:

  • Provide your clients with autonomy – Allow clients to sign up on their own time at any time of the day. Using the Self Registration Kiosk, client’s aren’t forced to go to your physical location and wait to speak with a staff member.

  • Gather streamlined information – Use the required profile fields to easily gather the same type of information from each new client.

  • Find and easily update clients who are already registered – Staff members can search for clients who already have a profile with your business through the Self Registration Kiosk. From here, staff members can also make changes to the client’s profile, contracts, and waivers.

Key tips

  • Daily limits

    • There is no daily limit on the number of clients who can sign up with your business using the Self Registration Kiosk. However, a maximum of 20 clients can be signed up every 24 hours when using the sign-up URL to access your signup page.
