To access the Self Check-In Kiosk, click the App Drawer button then hover over Web Apps and select Check-In.
Note: You can check your clients in using the mobile version by downloading the Check-In App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Understanding the Self Check-In Kiosk
The Self Check-In Kiosk is a web-based application you can set up to allow clients to check in to your services and gym visits. After clients check in, they’ll be marked as Checked-In on attendance lists and reports.
The Self Check-In Kiosk can be set up by a staff member on either a computer or a tablet and can be attached to a barcode scanner in an accessible location so that clients can check in as they arrive.
Clients can check in by entering their WellnessLiving account credentials, entering their client ID, or scanning their key tag or barcode on their Achieve Client App with a barcode scanner. You can buy certified barcode scanners and key tags directly from WellnessLiving.
Getting started with the Self Check-In Kiosk
Configure your settings – Customize your Self Check-In Kiosk and Check-In App settings to determine how the kiosk will work.
Allow clients to check in – Once everything is set up in the Staff Back Office, open the Self Check-In Kiosk to allow clients to check in upon arrival.
Key tips
We recommend using a separate device dedicated to self check-in as this allows you to monitor the Staff Back Office while your clients check themselves in without interruption.
If you’re using the same device to provide clients with check-in options and perform staff member duties, you must remain signed in to WellnessLiving with the Self Check-In Kiosk opened in a separate, private browser window.
