Understanding the Check-In App
The Check-In App is a mobile application you can set up to allow your clients to check in to your services from a dedicated mobile device.
There are two modes you can choose from after you open your app: Attendance mode and Check-in mode.
Attendance mode emulates the Attendance Kiosk, allowing your clients to sign up for and check in to classes and events directly from the attendance list.
Check-in mode emulates the Self Check-In Kiosk, allowing your clients to check in to services and gym visits. When the app’s in Check-in mode, you attach a barcode scanner in an accessible location so that clients can check in by scanning a barcode or key tag.
After clients check in using either mode, they’ll be marked as Checked-In on attendance lists and reports.
Getting started with the Check-In App
To get started with your Check-In App, complete the following:
Install the app – Download and install the WellnessLiving Check-In App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Configure your settings
For Check-in mode, customize your Self Check-In Kiosk and Check-In App settings to determine how the app will work.
For Attendance mode, customize your Attendance Kiosk and Attendance Mode in the Check-In App settings to determine how the app will work.
Open the app – Sign in to the app on a dedicated studio tablet using staff login credentials.
Determine how you want to use the app – Select Attendance mode or Check-in mode.
Let clients check in – Let clients start checking in manually using the methods you’ve set up for them.
