To access staff members, click the App Drawer , then click View All > Setup > Staff > Staff Members.

Understanding staff members

Staff members are the individuals who work for your business. Each staff member at your business will have a staff profile, allowing them to access various business actions on WellnessLiving and allowing you to manage them more effectively and efficiently.

What you can do with staff members

  • Assign specific staff roles and locations to your staff members to control their access to the various business functions that are available within WellnessLiving.

  • Set individual staff member working hours, notification settings, pay rates, and publicly visible information, such as their photo and biography.

Getting started with staff members

Before your staff members can begin accessing WellnessLiving, you must first set up their accounts and provide them with access by completing the steps below:

  1. Set up your staff roles – Different types of employees at your business may require different permissions. Begin by setting up the staff roles and corresponding permissions you need.

  2. Create a staff member profile – After you’ve set up the staff roles, you can begin adding staff members to your business.

  3. Provide the sign in credentials to your staff members – Once everything is set up, you can provide the sign in credentials and the staff sign in link to your staff members.

    • To access the staff sign in link, in the Setup menu, go to Business > Business URLs, and next to Staff sign in, click the Copy to clipboard button to copy the URL.
