Understanding the Enterprise Cloud

The Enterprise Cloud is a comprehensive suite of features developed to help Enterprise customers manage their business. Enterprise customers are any WellnessLiving businesses that have signed up for WellnessLiving’s Enterprise plan, and usually consist of an Enterprise Headquarters that directly manages several Enterprise Locations.

Why use the Enterprise Cloud?

For businesses that subscribe to the Enterprise Cloud, WellnessLiving offers the following additional capabilities:

  • Simplified location management through the Enterprise Locations and Enterprise Regions pages.

  • Consistent operations and branding through the Enterprise Settings page.

  • Cross-location data and performance insights through enterprise reports.

Key features of the Enterprise Cloud

The Enterprise Cloud is made up of a few different moving parts to make everything work like a charm. Read on to find out more about what the Enterprise Cloud is made of.

Enterprise Headquarters

The Enterprise Headquarters is the business location that controls each Enterprise Location. Using the Enterprise Cloud, the Enterprise Headquarters can control the settings and configurations for their Enterprise and push these settings to each of their Enterprise Locations.

Enterprise Locations

Enterprise Locations are individual business locations managed and overseen by an Enterprise Headquarters. The Enterprise Cloud allows you to define each individual business location as a separate business within your organization. New locations can be added to your Enterprise Cloud by WellnessLiving upon request. The Enterprise Headquarters can sign in to any of the Enterprise Locations to oversee and manage its operations.

Enterprise regions

Enterprise regions can be created to organize your enterprise locations. These regions can be customized for your business needs and don’t necessarily have to reflect geographical regions. After enterprise regions are created, you can assign a staff member to manage each region as a region administrator, and you can configure session passes and memberships to be used at multiple enterprise locations within a region.

Enterprise settings

Maintaining central control of the services and prices at your enterprise locations is an important part of managing your corporate enterprise. Enterprise settings allow you to define your business settings for your corporate enterprise and then push these settings to all enterprise locations. This feature makes it easy to ensure your enterprise locations offer a consistent experience to your clients.

Enterprise reports

Enterprise reports allow you to track and compare metrics across your enterprise locations. Tracking performance across your enterprise locations allows you to better understand your business and improve service to your clients.
