Push a setting to Enterprise Locations

Updated this week

An Enterprise Headquarters can push their settings to one or more of their Enterprise Locations. The following settings can be pushed:

  • Business settings, including email settings, available services, business policies, and the online waiver.

  • Staff roles.

  • Client settings, including client types, client profile fields, and transformation log settings.

  • Services, including appointments, classes, and events.

  • Purchase Options, including memberships, session passes, and packages.

  • Store settings, including custom payment methods, product settings, discount codes, and gift cards.

  • Belt settings.

  • Forms.

  • Rewards Program settings, including points and prizes.

  • Communication settings, including client and staff notification settings, automated marketing campaigns, and client announcements.

  • Daily Deal Integration settings.

  • Look and Feel settings, including Schedule Design, Self Check-In Kiosk, Attendance Kiosk, Client Portal, and Staff Back Office settings.

  • Website Widget settings, including Lead Capture and Custom Schedule settings.

Dependencies

Some push settings can function on their own, while others rely on other settings (dependencies) to function properly.

When you push a setting with dependencies, those dependencies are also pushed by default.. If additional settings pushed in this way have their own dependencies, those are pushed as well.

Before pushing a setting to your Enterprise Locations, review all primary push and dependency settings and decide whether you want to override them even if they were modified or pushed to the Enterprise Location previously.

Example of push rules

Here’s an example of how pushing a setting works:

  • An Enterprise Headquarters has a membership (primary setting) with access to a yoga class (dependency).

    • The Headquarters can choose to push only the membership (primary setting). This means the yoga class (dependency) isn’t pushed and won't be accessible at the Location using the membership.

    • The Headquarters can also choose to push both the membership (primary setting) and yoga class (dependency). This means the class will be accessible at the Location using the membership.

Key tips

  • When pushing a Purchase Option, the Enterprise Location’s price stays the same if it's higher than the pushed price.

  • After a setting is pushed to a location, modifying it in the Enterprise Headquarters and pushing it to another location does not alter the first location’s settings.
