This integration allows your potential clients to book classes, appointments, and events through Google.

Key tips before you begin

  • The names of your business locations must be entered verbatim in WellnessLiving in order for Reserve with Google to work properly. If a business location name that you enter in WellnessLiving differs from what Google finds during a search, Reserve with Google may not work as intended.

  • Reserve with Google is automatically enabled when a new business registers with WellnessLiving, and applies to all business locations.

  • For Enterprise customers, the Enterprise Headquarters must set up and enable the Reserve with Google integration before any of the Enterprise Locations can enable it.

  • Reserve with Google can take up to 24 hours from when it’s enabled to allow booking through Google. When disabled, it can take up to 24 hours for your services to be removed from Google Search, Google Maps, and the Reserve with Google website.

Enable or disable Reserve with Google for an entire business

To enable or disable Reserve with Google for all the locations in a business, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Promote.

  2. The Reserve with Google option should be ON by default. To disable Reserve with Google, set the Reserve with Google option to OFF.

  3. Click Save.

Enable or disable Reserve with Google for a single location

To enable or disable Reserve with Google for a single location in a multi-location business, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Locations.

  2. Select a location from the list.

  3. On the Publish tab, set the Reserve with Google option to ON or OFF, as required.

    • The Publish tab is only visible for businesses with more than one location.

  4. Click Save.
