Key tips
Connecting to a mobile device
We recommend always keeping your mobile device plugged in and charged when connecting a scanner, as most mobile devices are incapable of powering barcode scanners using battery power alone.
Some mobile devices with will require a multi-port USB extension hub to connect your barcode scanner, so that your mobile device can both charge itself and provide power to your scanner.
