Clients can use the Achieve Client App to view and complete workouts of the day (WODs), discuss WODs with other clients, and compare their results on FitBUILDER leaderboards.
Note: The business must be subscribed to FitBUILDER to access workouts on the Achieve Client App.
Workouts can be viewed on the basic Achieve Client App. The business must be subscribed to the white label Achieve Client App for clients to log results, compare results, and access social options.
Log your workout results
To log WOD results on the white label Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open the Achieve Client App, then tap the Workout of the Day.
If there is no WOD listed, tap See all view all scheduled workouts. Tap a workout on the schedule to open it.
View workout details for the section and swipe right or left to view the other sections of the workout.
Tap Equipment needed to view the equipment required to complete the section.
Tap Movements to view descriptions and media to help you complete the section.
Tap Athlete’s notes to view tips and helpful information for completing the section.
Tap Log results or Add note to begin logging your results.
As you work through the movements in the routine, enter the required information to complete each set. Add any additional information you want to remember under Notes.
When you’ve completed the routine or when you’re ready for a break, tap Save.
Repeat steps 2-5 for each routine until you’ve completed the workout.
View your workout results
To view a WOD on the white label Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open the Achieve Client App, then tap the My Profile tab.
Tap Logbook. Your results are listed with colored indicators based on your completion of the workout. Completed workouts are green, partially completed are orange, and incomplete are not marked.
To view details about a workout, select the date and tap the workout.
Chat about a workout
To chat about a WOD on the white label Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open the Achieve Client App, then tap the Workout of the Day.
If there is no WOD listed, tap See all view all scheduled workouts. Tap a workout on the schedule to open it.
In the top-right corner, tap the Chat button .
In the chat, you can view messages from other participating clients. Tap the Thumbs up button to like their messages.
Enter a message, then tap the Send button .
You can tap the Delete button next to any message you’ve sent to delete it.
Compare your results with participating clients
To compare your WOD results with other participating clients on the white label Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open the Achieve Client App, then tap the Workout of the Day.
If there is no WOD listed, tap See all view all scheduled workouts. Tap a workout on the schedule to open it.
In the top-right corner, tap the Leaderboard button to view the logged results for all participating clients.
Tap the Thumbs up button to like a result.
If a result has already been liked, you will see the number of likes next to the Thumbs up button.
