Achieve Client App: Settings

Using the Achieve Client App, you can control the notifications you receive from a business and you can connect to your Apple Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Facebook account, or Twitter account. You can also set your language preference and access support settings.

Note: If you’re receiving unwanted push notifications, you need to manually turn off push notifications from your device’s settings.

Notifications

This section displays settings that determine which notifications the client will receive from the business. For information about how to adjust these settings, see Achieve Client App: Changing a client’s notification settings.

Schedule and Reminders

This setting determines whether the client will receive notifications for services of the following types:

Account Management

This setting determines whether the client will receive notifications for account management activities of the following types:

  • Note: To receive messages from Message Center, the SMS option for this category must be set to ON.

News and Updates

This setting determines whether the client will receive all notifications related to automated marketing campaign types.

Calendar Connections

This section displays settings that allow clients to connect and synchronize their Apple Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar. For more information about how to adjust these settings, see Achieve Client App: Connecting a client’s Apple Calendar or Outlook Calendar.

Apple Calendar

This setting can be used to connect the client’s Apple Calendar to their client profile. After connecting their Apple Calendar, clients can synchronize their profile with the Achieve Client App so that their WellnessLiving services will automatically be displayed on their calendar.

If the client has connected an Apple Calendar, the button will be rendered in blue and labeled as (connected).

Microsoft Calendar

This setting can be used to connect the client’s Microsoft Outlook Calendar to their client profile. After connecting their Outlook Calendar, clients can use their Microsoft account to sign in to WellnessLiving and can synchronize their Outlook Calendar with the Achieve Client App so that their WellnessLiving services will automatically be displayed on their calendar.

If the client has connected an Outlook Calendar, the button will be rendered in blue and labeled as (connected).

Social Media Connections

This section displays settings that allow clients to connect their Facebook or Twitter accounts with WellnessLiving. For more information about how to adjust these settings, see Achieve Client App: Connecting a social media account.

Description

Facebook

This setting can be used to connect the client’s Facebook account to their client profile. After connecting their Facebook account, clients can use the account to sign in to WellnessLiving and share their WellnessLiving activity on their Feed.

If the client has connected an account, the button will be rendered in blue and labeled as (connected).

Twitter

This setting can be used to connect the client’s Twitter account to their client profile. After connecting their Twitter account, clients can use the account to sign in to WellnessLiving and share their WellnessLiving activity on their timeline.

If the client has connected an account, the button will be rendered in blue and labeled as (connected).

Workouts

This section allows you to determine whether your WOD results appear on the FitBUILDER leaderboards.

Description

Leaderboard

Set this option to OFF to hide your results from FitBUILDER leaderboards. By default, this option is set to ON.

Note: This option is only available if the business is subscribed to the white label Achieve Client App.

Language Preference

This section displays the language in which the Achieve Client App will be displayed. English is selected by default. For more information about how to adjust this setting, see Achieve Client App: Setting language preferences.

Support

This section displays options clients can use to better understand the Achieve Client App or receive assistance from WellnessLiving Support.

Terms of use

Tap this option to view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official Terms of Use.

Privacy policy

Tap this option to view the most recent version of the Achieve Client App’s official Privacy Policy. You can review this content at any time to learn about how your information is stored and collected within the Achieve Client App.

Download last action log

Tap this option, then select the appropriate app to open the file and download a log file containing a list of all your activities from the current Achieve browsing session.

Version

The currently installed version of the Achieve Client App is displayed under this option.

Send feedback

Tap this option to open a new email message addressed to WellnessLiving support. You can use this setting to send us your thoughts about the app and its performance.

Delete account

Tap this option to permanently delete your client profile from the business. For more information, see Achieve Client App: Disabling a client account.
