To access client announcements, click the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Client Announcements.
Note: Your business must be subscribed to the Achieve Client App White Label subscription to access the client announcement feature. If you haven’t upgraded your app yet, see Achieve Client App: Upgrading your plan.
Understanding client announcements
Client announcements are custom notices you can create and display to your clients in the Achieve Client App and Client Web App. With each announcement, you can include an image, a title, and a description to inform your clients about promotions, events, and other information about your business. If you don’t upload an image with your announcement, a default background color is automatically assigned.

Client announcements allow you to connect with your clients in a few unique ways:
Determine when announcements appear to clients by setting publish and unpublish dates.
Pin important announcements to the top of the list.
Customize announcements for each of your locations.
Getting started with client announcements
Before you can start sending announcements to clients, you must complete the following steps:
Get the Achieve Client App White Label subscription - If you haven’t upgraded already, sign up for the Achieve Client App White Label subscription to get access to client announcements.
Start creating your announcements - Once you’ve signed up for the White Label plan, you’re ready to start creating announcements.
