Below is a list of frequently asked questions about the Achieve Client App. If your question isn’t addressed in this article, consider posting it on WellnessLiving’s Community Forum.

Can clients sign up with a business through the Achieve Client App?

This is possible on the White Label version of the Achieve Client App but not on the Basic version of the app. If your business uses the White Label version, clients can download your app and sign up directly with your business.

If your business uses the Basic version of the Achieve Client App, a client must first sign up via the Client Web App. Staff members can also sign up clients from other businesses. For more information, see Adding a new client who is registered with another business.

After a client has signed up with another business, they can switch between businesses on the Basic version of the Achieve Client App.

Can a client be signed in to both the Achieve Client App and a business’s White Label Achieve Client App at the same time?

Yes, clients can be signed into both the Basic version of the Achieve Client App and a business’s White Label Achieve Client App at the same time. They won’t be automatically signed out from either app. For more information about these apps, see Achieve Client App: Understanding the differences between plans.

Can a client be signed into two separate business’s White Label Achieve Client Apps at the same time?

Yes, clients can be signed into the White Label Achieve Client Apps of different businesses at the same time and won’t be automatically signed out.

Can clients switch between businesses on the White Label Achieve Client App?

Since a White Label Achieve Client App is unique to a specific business, clients can't switch to a different business when they're signed in.

Is it possible for a client to add or manage client profile relationships when signed in to the Achieve Client App?

Yes. Clients can add a relationship profile and sign in as the relationship user to manage the profile. For more information, see Manage a relationship profile as a client.

If a business has multiple locations, can I pick which location to sign in to when opening the app?

Yes, but only after you sign in to the app. If you have a home location set on your profile, the app will sign you in to your home location by default. If you don’t have a home location, the app will default to the last location you were signed in to. Once you sign in to the app, you can change which location or business to access. Is there a way for businesses to see how many clients have downloaded the client app?

WellnessLiving’s Power Search feature allows you to search specifically for clients that have signed into your business’s Achieve Client App. For more information, see Power Search criteria.

Are client push notifications available on the free Achieve Client App?

No. Client push notifications are only available on the White Label version of the app. For more information, see Achieve Client App: Understanding the differences between plans.

Is there a limit on Push notifications that can be sent using the White Label app?

You can send unlimited push notifications with a White Label app subscription. For more information, see Achieve Client App: Understanding the differences between plans.

Can clients open URLs I add to different parts of our Achieve Client App?

Clients can only open URL links that have been added to the About Us section of the app. Links included anywhere else in the app can’t be opened by clients.
