Add, modify, pin, or delete a client announcement

Display announcements to your clients on the White Label Achieve Client App and Client Web App. These announcements can include an image, title, and description to inform your clients about news, updates, and promotions from your business.

The most recently published announcement appears first in the list unless you choose to pin an announcement at the top. Announcements are ordered by publish date and clients can click announcements to view more information.

Key tips before we begin

  • Your business must be subscribed to the Achieve Client App White Label subscription to use the client announcement feature. If you haven’t upgraded your app yet, see Achieve Client App: Upgrading your plan.

  • Staff members must have the Manage client announcements staff role permission enabled to add, modify, pin, or delete client announcements.

Add a client announcement

To add a client announcement, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Client Announcements.

  2. Click Add Announcement.

  3. Upload an Image to include with your announcement.

  4. Enter a Title for your announcement.

  5. If you have multiple locations, determine which Location you want to display the announcement to.

  6. Enter a Description for your announcement.

  7. Choose when this announcement will begin to appear to clients by setting Publish to ON and selecting the desired date and time.

    • If you set this option to OFF, the announcement can be saved as a draft and won’t appear to clients until you choose a publish date.

  8. Choose when this announcement will be hidden from clients by setting Unpublish to ON and selecting the desired date and time.

    • If you set this option to OFF, the announcement will appear to clients until you manually delete it or set an unpublish date.

  9. Click Save.

Modify a client announcement

To modify a client announcement, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Client Announcements.

  2. Find the announcement, then click the Action button next to it.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Update the announcement as needed.

  5. Click Save.

Pin a client announcement

To pin a client announcement, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Client Announcements.

  2. Hover over the announcement, then click the Pin button next to it. The announcement will be pinned and appear first to clients and on this page, regardless of publish date.

Delete a client announcement

To delete a client announcement, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Client Announcements.

  2. Find the announcement, then click the Action button next to it.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. In the confirmation popup, click Delete. The announcement will be permanently deleted.
