Manage your direct mail campaigns

The direct mail feature in WellnessLiving allows you to send customized postcards to your clients. There are several actions you can perform to help you view and manage your direct mail campaigns.

To view your direct mail campaigns, click the App Drawer > View All > Direct Mail. From the menu, click Campaigns.

Heading

Description

Campaign Name

The name of the direct mail campaign.

Type

The physical dimensions of the postcard sent in the direct mail campaign.

Delivery Date

The work week during which the postcard is sent out.

Recipients

The number of clients the postcard will be delivered to.

Estimated Cost

The estimated cost of delivering the postcards.

Status

The processing status of the direct mail campaign.

  • Sent – The direct mail campaign was successfully sent.

  • Pending – The direct mail campaign was created but has not yet been sent.

  • Failed – The direct mail campaign failed to process and could not be sent. This is typically due to unverified addresses.

  • Note: This field only tracks whether a direct mail campaign was successfully sent. It does not track whether postcards were successfully received.

Action

Click the Action [img] button to open the menu and select an option.

  • View – Displays the front and back images used for the postcard.

  • Edit (Pending campaigns only) – Allows you to modify the direct mail campaign.

  • Duplicate (Pending campaigns only) – Creates a copy of the direct mail campaign.

  • Send (Pending campaigns only) – Begins the process of sending the direct mail campaign immediately instead of waiting for the set delivery week.

  • Delete (Pending campaigns only) – Removes the direct mail campaign. A removed campaign will not be sent and cannot be recovered.

  • Try again (Failed campaigns only) – Begins the process of sending the direct mail campaign again.
