To view the Postcard History Report, Click the App Drawer button then click Reports > Marketing > Postcard History.

The Postcard History Report is a marketing report that displays a list of all postcards that were sent to clients during the selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Note: The Postcard History Report displays whether postcards have been sent but doesn’t track their delivery status.

Summary cards in the Postcard History Report

Summary cards

Description

Total

The total number of postcards sent during the selected date range.

Unopened

The total number of postcards sent that were not opened during the selected date range.

Failed

The total number of postcards sent that failed to be delivered during the selected date range.

Total Price

The total dollar amount spent on the postcards sent during the selected date range.

Headings in the Postcard History Report

Heading

Description

Client

The client who was sent a postcard.

Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance, will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

Date

The date and time the postcard was sent.

Sent By

The staff member who sent the postcard. If the postcard was sent automatically, this column will be labeled Automated.

Cost

The cost to send the postcard.

Status

The send status of the postcard. Possible status values are:

  • Sent – The postcard has been sent. The status of the delivery is not tracked.

  • Failed – The postcard was not sent.

Body

Click the Show button to view a preview of the postcard.
