Understanding direct mail

The direct mail feature in WellnessLiving allows you to send customized physical postcards to your clients. You can use postcards to keep in touch with clients near the holidays, on their birthdays, or to let them know about special promotions. The direct mail feature in WellnessLiving has a fee of $0.80 USD for each postcard sent in a direct mail campaign.

Direct mail requirements

The following is required to send a direct mail campaign:

  • A valid business address based in the United States or Canada.

  • Clients with valid addresses in the United States or Canada in their client profile to receive postcards.

  • An image for the front of the postcard and an image for the back of the postcard.

    • The minimum dimensions of the images are 1275 x 1875 pixels.

    • The maximum file size is 5 MB.

    • Your image should include a 1/8″ border around the final trim size. Make sure no critical elements are within 1/8″ from the edge of the final trim size.

    • Images should be 300 DPI or higher. Files with less than 300 DPI will be rejected.

      • The DPI is calculated as (width of image in pixels) / (width of product in inches) and (length of image in pixels) / (length of product in inches). For example, a 1275px x 1875px image used to create a 4.25″ x 6.25″ postcard has a DPI of 300.
