In WellnessLiving, you can upload images to visually represent and identify various aspects of your business. The recommendations and limitations for images vary depending on where the image is being uploaded. This article describes all the image requirements when you are uploading an image.

  • We recommend dimensions of 150 x 150 pixels, a minimum resolution of 480p SD, and a maximum resolution of 8K Ultra HD.

Belts

This image appears on the client profile of clients who have received the belt.

  • We recommend using a .png or .jpg image with equal horizontal and vertical dimensions.

  • We recommend dimensions of 100 x 100 pixels.

  • Minimum dimensions are 100 x 100 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB.

Book-a-Spot assets

This image appears with the asset in your:

  • Store

  • Client Portal

  • Achieve Client App

  • The corners of this image will be cropped.

This logo appears at the top of your WellnessLiving interface.

Client profiles

This image appears on a client’s profile and anywhere else the client is listed, such as reports and your client list.

  • We recommend dimensions of 220 x 220 pixels.

  • Minimum dimensions are 220 x 220 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB.

Client Portal

This image appears as the header in the Client Portal.

We recommend using a .png or .jpg image with an aspect ratio of 1.6:1.

  • Minimum dimensions are 240 x 150 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB.

Direct Mail

This image appears on sent postcards.

  • Images should be 300 DPI or higher. Files with less than 300 DPI will be rejected.

  • The DPI is calculated as (width of image in pixels) / (width of product in inches) and (length of image in pixels) / (length of product in inches). For example, 1275px x 1875px image used to create a 4.25″ x 6.25″ postcard has a DPI of 300

  • Your image should include a 1/8″ border around the final trim size. Make sure no critical elements are within 1/8″ of the edge of the final trim size.

  • Minimum dimensions are 1875 x 1275 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 5 MB.

This image will appear with the event in your:

  • Online store

  • Client Portal

  • Achieve Client App

  • Elevate Staff App

  • Events Widget

  • We recommend using a .png or .jpg image with equal horizontal and vertical dimensions.

  • We recommend dimensions of 150 x 150 pixels, a minimum resolution of 480p SD, and a maximum resolution of 8K Ultra HD.

  • Maximum dimensions: 7680 x 4320 pixels

  • Maximum file size: 20 MB

Gift cards

This image appears with the gift cards in the:

  • We recommend using a .png or .jpg image with equal horizontal and vertical dimensions.

  • We recommend dimensions of 150 x 150 pixels.

  • Minimum dimensions are 150 x 150 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB.

Thumbnail Image

The thumbnail image for your FitVID on Demand
videos.

We recommend using a .png or .jpg image with an aspect ratio of 16:9.

  • Minimum dimensions are 640 x 360 pixels.

  • Maximum dimensions are 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Transformation Log

This image appears next to a transformation log entry. You can only interact with this field if Progress Picture is enabled in your transformation log settings.

We recommend using a .png or .jpeg image.

  • Minimum image height is 560 pixels.

  • Maximum dimensions are 2570 x 4000 pixels.

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB.
