To access the Self Check-In App, download the WellnessLiving Check-In app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Understanding the Self Check-In App
The Self Check-In App allows clients to check themselves in to services or gym visits, marking them as checked-in on attendance lists and reports. The Self Check-In App can be set up by a staff member on a tablet and can be attached to a barcode scanner in an accessible location so that clients can check in as they arrive.
The app shares all of the benefits of and reflects the same settings preferences of the Self Check-In Web Kiosk, but allows staff members to remain signed in to the Staff Back Office indefinitely, relieving any concern about automatic sign outs due to inactivity.
Getting started with the Self Check-In App
After installing the Self Check-In App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store., complete the following:
Click the App Drawer > View All > Setup > Web Applications > Self Check-In Kiosk.
Configure the self check-in settings for the Self Check-In App & the Self Check-In Web Kiosk. For more information, see Self Check-In Web Kiosk settings or our Check-In Settings Manual for information on all check-in setting across WellnessLiving.
Log in to the app on a dedicated studio tablet using staff login credentials
Instruct clients to check in using a barcode scanner or by typing their identifying client ID, phone number, or email address depending on what you’ve configured in your settings.
