Before you start using your ClassPass with WellnessLiving, you must enable ClassPass integration. You can enable or disable ClassPass integration for your entire business or by location.
After you enable the integration, clients will be able to begin booking your services through ClassPass. To ensure that your services are displayed exactly how you want, we recommend reviewing Setting up your services with ClassPass.
Key tips before you begin
For Enterprise customers, the Enterprise Headquarters must set up and enable ClassPass integration before any of the Enterprise Locations can enable ClassPass integration.
After integrating with ClassPass, check the AutoSync status in your ClassPass account. If the integration was successful, you should see WellnessLiving displayed beside the AutoSync option after switching it on. If AutoSync isn’t enabled for WellnessLiving, you will need to manually manage how and when your classes are displayed on ClassPass.
If you don’t see the option to enable or disable ClassPass on your Promote page and you’re still in QUICK setup, contact your Onboarding Specialist to enable the feature in the backend. If your business is live, reach out to our support team to enable the feature.
Enable or disable ClassPass integration for your business
To enable or disable ClassPass integration for your business, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Promote.
Set the ClassPass option to ON to enable ClassPass for all your business locations or OFF to disable ClassPass for all your business locations.
Click Save.
Enable or disable ClassPass integration for a location
To enable or disable ClassPass integration for a location, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Locations.
Select the location for which you want to enable or disable ClassPass.
Under the Publish tab , set the ClassPass option to ON or OFF, as required.
The Publish tab is only visible for businesses with more than one location.
Click Save.
