Enable Spivi integration

Before you start using Spivi with WellnessLiving, you need to set up an account with Spivi. You can enable or disable the integration for your entire business or by location if you have multiple locations.

Enable and disable the Spivi integration

  1. Click the App Drawer then click View All > Promote.

    • If you have multiple locations, the Spivi integration is located in Setup > Locations, under the Publish tab for the specific location.

  2. To enable the integration:

    1. Set the Spivi option to ON.

    2. In the Enable Spivi for [Business Name] popup, enter your Spivi username, password, and Spivi facility ID in the provided fields.

    3. Click Enable.

  3. To disable the integration:

    1. Set the Spivi option to OFF.

    2. In the Disconnect Spivi from WellnessLiving popup, click Disconnect.

      • Note: Disconnecting the integration from WellnessLiving remove the My Metrics feature from the client's profile in the Achieve Client App, but doesn't fully disable the integration. To disable Spivi from WellnessLiving completely, contact Spivi at [email protected].

  4. Click Save.
