You can access the Tips Earned Details Report by clicking the App Drawer button then clicking View All > Reports > Staff > Tips Earned Details.
The Tips Earned Details Report is a staff report that displays the tips earned by staff members and the associated client purchases during the selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.
Summary cards in the Tips Earned Details Report
Summary cards | Description |
Total Tips Earned | The total amount of tips earned by staff members within a selected date range. |
Headings in the Tips Earned Details Report
Headings | Description |
Staff | The name and profile image of the staff member who was given the tip. Click the staff member’s name to view their staff profile. |
Purchase Date | The date that the purchase associated with the tip was made on. |
Location | The location that the purchase associated with the tip was made at. |
Purchase | The name of the item purchased, along with their date, time, and associated staff member. |
Client | The name, email, phone number, and profile image of the client is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more. |
Payment Method | The payment method used to process the purchase. |
Purchase Amount | The total cost of the purchase associated with the tip, not including the tip. |
Tip Amount | The amount of the tip. |
Advanced filters in the Tips Earned Details Report
Filter | Description |
Payment Method | Use this filter to determine which sales to include in the report based on the payment methods used. |
Locations | Use this filter to determine which locations to include in the report. |
Staff | Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report. |
