Setting

Description

First day of the week

Determines which day of the week is displayed first when viewing the schedule in week or month view.

You can choose to show the schedule from the Current Day, meaning the day that the schedule is opened, or from a specific day of the week.

By default, this option is set to Sunday, so weeks on the schedule begin on Sunday.

Canceled sessions

Determines whether any canceled services are displayed on the schedule.

  • Show canceled classes/events – when set to ON, all canceled classes and events are displayed.

  • Show all canceled appointments – when set to ON, all canceled appointments are displayed.

  • Show single canceled appointments – when set to ON, the schedule displays single canceled appointments and recurring appointments with individually canceled sessions.

  • Show recurring canceled appointments – when set to ON, the schedule displays canceled recurring appointments with all sessions canceled.

Business hours

Determines the time range displayed on the schedule.

Only show open business hours

Note: If Only show open business hours is ON, your schedule will still display appointments booked outside your business hours. For instance, if your business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and you have a 6:00 p.m. appointment, it will show on your schedule.

Unavailable notes

Determines whether staff unavailability notes are displayed on the schedule.

Display staff unavailability notes on schedule

  • When set to ON, the unavailability notes for staff members are displayed on the schedule.

  • When set to OFF, you must hover over the unavailable time to view the notes.

Appointment booking redirect

Determines whether a staff member will be automatically redirected to the booking date on the schedule after booking an appointment.

Drag and drop

Determines whether staff members can reschedule and/or change the assigned staff member for a service by dragging and dropping the service on the schedule while in calendar view.

  • If you experience longer than expected load times when viewing your schedule in WellnessLiving, we recommend setting this option to OFF.

  • If this setting is changed after a staff member has already saved a custom view of the schedule, the staff member must save their schedule view again for the change to apply.
