Understanding filter options on the schedule
Filter | Description |
Locations | Determines which of your locations to display on the schedule.

In-Person/Virtual | Determines whether in-person or virtual services appear on the schedule. |
Staff Availability | Displays staff members that are available to be booked for a specific service.

Staff | Determines which staff members to display on the schedule.
|
Service Types | Determines which service types to display on the schedule. |
Appointments | Determines which appointment types to display on the schedule. |
Appointment Status | Determines which appointments to display on the schedule based on their statuses. Filter options include:

Understanding the schedule filter summary
Heading | Description |
Total Sessions | The total number of sessions that are currently displayed on the schedule. |
Clients Booked | The total number of booked clients that are currently displayed on the schedule. This doesn’t include clients with an attendance status of No Show or Late Cancel. |
Clients on Wait List | The total number of waitlisted clients that are currently displayed on the schedule. |
Total Capacity | The total number of available spots for all sessions that are currently displayed on the schedule. |
Capacity Utilization | The number of filled spots for all sessions that are currently displayed on the schedule.

Average clients per day | The average number of clients attending your business each day based on the services that are currently displayed on the schedule.
