Schedule, modify and remove closed days
Updated over a month ago

You can schedule, modify, or remove closed days for your business. A closed day can be used for holidays, special events, renovations, or other special circumstances. Scheduling a closed day can only be done for an entire day. Partial closed days can’t be scheduled.

When you schedule a closed day, you can choose whether to cancel all services or offer only specific services during the closure. If you want to close multiple locations, but not every location in the business, you must repeat the procedure for scheduling closed days once per location.

Notes

  • If any services were canceled for a closed day and then the closed day is removed, classes or events that would normally be scheduled for that day will reappear on the schedule. However, clients must be booked into these services again. Likewise, any appointments that were canceled for the closed day must also be booked again.

  • Some email variables and SMS variables won’t work correctly when added to client notifications for canceled services due to a closed day.
