Set a preferred language as a staff member

WellnessLiving supports English and French for staff accounts and client portals. You can change your language settings in the Staff Back Office or the Elevate Staff App.

Changing the language setting displays all system text in the language you’ve selected. However, text that’s been added to your business in a specific language, such as client information, modifiable Purchase Option details, service descriptions, or notifications, won’t be translated when you change the language.

For example, when you create an online waiver in English and then select French as your preferred language, the online waiver won’t be translated.

Browser - Staff Back Office

To set a preferred language in the Staff Back Office:

  1. In the top-right corner, click your profile image.

  2. At the bottom of the slide-out, Select language from the list (English or French).

Mobile - Elevate Staff App

To set a preferred language in the Elevate Staff App:

  1. Tap the More tab.

  2. Under Language Preferences, tap the currently selected language.

  3. Select your preferred language.
