WellnessLiving supports multiple languages. If your preferred language is currently supported, you can change your language settings in the Staff Back Office or the Elevate Staff App.

Changing the language setting will display all system text in the language you’ve selected. However, text that’s been added to your business in a specific language, such as client information, modifiable Purchase Option details, service descriptions, or notifications, won’t be translated when you change the language setting. For example, if you create an online waiver in English and then select French as your preferred language, the online waiver won’t be translated.

Desktop - Staff Back Office

To set a preferred language in the Staff Back Office, follow these steps:

  1. In the top-right corner, click your profile image.

  2. Click the Select language field and select your preferred language from the list.

Mobile - Elevate Staff App

To set a preferred language in the Elevate Staff App, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the More tab.

  2. Under Language Preferences, tap the currently selected language.

  3. Select your preferred language.
