Set a preferred language as a client

WellnessLiving supports multiple languages. If your preferred language is currently supported, you can change your language settings in the Client Portal and the Achieve Client App.

Desktop - Client Portal

To set a preferred language in the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. At the bottom of the page, under Quick Links, click the current language and select your preferred language from the list.

Mobile - Achieve Client App

To set a preferred language from the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Achieve Client App.

  2. Tap the My Profile > Settings.

  3. Under Language Preference, tap the current language and select your preferred language

  4. Tap Apply.
