Staff members can clock themselves in and out on using either the Staff Back Office or Elevate Staff App.
Desktop - Staff Back Office
Clock in
To clock in from the Staff Back Office:
In the top-right corner, click your profile image.
Under Location, select the location you want to clock into.
On the user menu, click Clock In.
In the Clock-In pop-up that appears, under Clocked-in pay rate, select the pay rate associated with your staff duty at the location you’re working at.
Click Clock In.
A message confirming that you are now clocked in is displayed. You can see the time at which you clocked in from the user menu below the clock in and clock out buttons. Your time will be logged until you clock out.
Clock out
To clock out from the Staff Back Office:
In the top-right corner, click your profile image.
Under Location, select the location you want to clock out of.
On the user menu, click Clock out.
In the confirmation message, click OK.
Mobile - Elevate Staff App
Clock in
To clock in from the Elevate Staff App:
On the bottom menu, tap More.
Under your name and profile image, tap Clock in.
Under Clock in pay rate, select the pay rate associated with the duty you’re scheduled to perform.
Tap Clock In.
Clock out
To clock out from the Elevate Staff App:
On the bottom menu, tap More.
Under your name and profile image, tap Clock Out.
