Alerts are in-software notifications that are sent to staff members whenever certain events occur, such as new service bookings. Alerts are found within the Alert Center.

Appointment Booking
Alert | Description |
Appointment Booking | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client books an appointment. |
Appointment Cancellation | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client cancels an appointment booking. |
Appointment Request | This alert is triggered when a client makes a request for an appointment booking. |
Class Booking
Alert | Description |
Class Booking | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client books a class for a client. |
Class Cancellation | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client cancels a class booking for a client. |
Event Booking

Event Booking | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client books an event for a client. |
Event Cancellation | This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client cancels an event booking for a client. |
Message Center
Alert | Description |
New Message | This alert is triggered when a client sends a new SMS message via Message Center. |
Monthly SMS Limit Reminder | This alert is triggered when your business reaches 80% of your monthly SMS limit, and again when you reach 100%. Your monthly SMS limits are determined by your Message Center subscription plan. |
Assigned Conversation | This alert is triggered when a staff member is assigned to a conversation in Message Center. |
Task
