Alerts are in-software notifications that are sent to staff members whenever certain events occur, such as new service bookings. Alerts are found within the Alert Center.

Appointment Cancellation

This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client cancels an appointment booking.

Appointment Request

This alert is triggered when a client makes a request for an appointment booking.

This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client books a class for a client.

Class Cancellation

This alert is triggered when another staff member or a client cancels a class booking for a client.

Message Center

New Message

This alert is triggered when a client sends a new SMS message via Message Center.

Monthly SMS Limit Reminder

This alert is triggered when your business reaches 80% of your monthly SMS limit, and again when you reach 100%. Your monthly SMS limits are determined by your Message Center subscription plan.

Assigned Conversation

This alert is triggered when a staff member is assigned to a conversation in Message Center.
