To access the Appointment Cancellation Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Appointment Cancellation.

The Appointment Cancellation Report is an attendance report that displays details about canceled appointments during the selected date range. From this report you can reschedule canceled appointments and view the reason for their cancellation. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary card

Description

Total

The total number of appointments with cancellations during the selected date range.

Early Cancels

The total number of appointment cancellations with the Early Cancel status during the selected date range.

Late Cancels

The total number of appointment cancellations with the Late Cancel status during the selected date range. For more information, see Late cancels.

Headings in the Appointment Cancellation Report

Heading

Description

Appointment

The name of the appointment, the date and time it was booked for, and the staff member who the appointment was booked with.

Location

The location where the appointment was to take place.

Client

The client for whom the appointment was booked.

Status

The status of the appointment. The possible statuses are Early Cancel and Late Cancel.

Cancellation Date

The date the appointment was canceled.

User

The person responsible for canceling the appointment. This may be a staff member or client.

Reason

The reason for canceling the appointment.

Staff members can enter the reason for appointment cancelation that are marked Early Cancel, Late Cancel, or No Show in the schedule.

Action

Click the button in this column to reschedule the canceled appointment.

Advanced filters in the Appointment Cancellation Report

Filter

Description

Client Status

Determines which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.

Client Groups

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client group.

Time

Determines which services to include in the report based on the date/time they occurred.

Day of the Week

Determines which services to include in this report based on the specific day(s) of the week they occurred.

Appointments

Determines which appointment types to include in the report.

Client Types

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client type.

Check-in Status

Determines whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
