To access the Attendance with Purchase Option Summary Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Attendance with Purchase Option Summary.

The Attendance with Purchase Option Summary Report is an attendance report that displays the number of times a Purchase Option type was used to attend your services and the number of clients who booked your services using that type of Purchase Option during the selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary card

Description

Services

The total number of services scheduled during the selected date range.

Drop-Ins

The total number of drop-ins used by clients to attend services during the selected date range.

Memberships

The total number of memberships used by clients to attend a service by clients during the selected date range.

Passes

The total number of session passes used by clients to attend a service by clients during the selected date range.

Total Clients

The total number of clients who attended a service during the selected date range.

No-Shows

The total number of clients marked as a no show during the selected date range. No shows are clients who missed a service without cancelling it.

Late Cancels

The total number of clients marked as a late cancel during the selected date range.

Pending

The total number of clients who are expected to attend a service during the selected date range.

Booked

The total number of clients that booked a service during the selected date range.

Headings in the Attendance with Purchase Option Summary Report

Heading

Description

Service Name

The service that was scheduled, along with the date, time, and staff member for that service.

Drop-Ins

The number of times the drop-in rate was paid for the service during the selected date range.

Memberships

The number of memberships used by clients to attend the service during the selected date range.

Passes

The number of session passes used by clients to attend the service during the selected date range.

Total Clients

The total number of clients who used Purchase Options to attend the service during the selected date range.

Booked

The number of clients that booked the service during the selected date range.

No-Shows

The number of clients that didn’t attend the service citing the reason no show during the selected date range.

Late Cancels

The number of clients that didn’t attend the service citing the reason late cancel during the selected date range.

Pending

The number of clients expected to attend the service during the selected date range.

Advanced filters in the Attendance with Purchase Option Summary Report

Filter

Description

Client Types

Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.

Staff

Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.

Time

Use this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.

Day of the Week

Use this filter to determine which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.

Classes

Use this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.

Events

Use this filter to determine which events to include in the report.

Appointments

Use this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.

Check-in Status

Use this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.

Locations

Use this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
