This article describes all types of rewards points that are available to keep your clients engaged with your business.

Attendance

Option

Description

[number] Points for booking online

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded with a set number of points for booking a service through the Client Portal, Achieve Client App, a website widget, or a Presence website. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

Note: If a client earns points for booking online and is later marked as a late cancel or no-show for the service, those points will be automatically deducted from the client’s profile.

[number] Points for attending [number] service(s) a [week/month/year]

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they attend a class, appointment, or event a set number of times within the set amount of time. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as you need.

For example, you can reward clients 100 points for attending 5 services in a week and 200 points for attending 10 services in a month.

[number] Points for attending a specific appointment/class/event [select appointment/class/event]

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they attend an appointment, class, or event of your choosing. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.

Purchases

Option

Description

[number] Points for each dollar spent by the client

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every dollar they spend at your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

[number] Points for the purchase of the product [product name]

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they purchase a specific product. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.

Note: If a client earns points for making a purchase and later gets a refund for the purchase, those points will be automatically deducted from the client’s profile.

[number] Points for the purchase of a specific purchase option [Purchase Option name]

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they purchase the set Purchase Option. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed.

Reviews

Description

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business and share on Facebook. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points for every review they write for your business and share on Twitter. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

Social Shares

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they book a class, an appointment, or an event with your business and share that booking on Facebook. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they book a class, an appointment, or an event with your business and share that booking on Twitter. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they make any purchase from your business and share that purchase on Facebook. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

Client profile

Description

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points on the date they have set as their birthday on their client profile. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

[number] Points for registration

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they first enroll with your business. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

Refer-a-friend

Option

Description

[number] Points for referring a prospective client

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points each time the client makes a referral to a prospective client. Only one version of this rewards point option can be created.

[number] Points for referring a client that purchases [Purchase Option name]

When this option is enabled, your clients will be rewarded a set number of points when they refer someone to your business who purchases the set Purchase Option. You may create as many versions of this rewards point option as needed. When the Earn points again upon auto-renewal option is set to ON, clients will earn points when the client they referred first buys the Purchase Option, and will continue to earn points every time the Purchase Option auto-renews.
