To access the Video Metrics Summary Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Video Metrics Summary.

The Video Metrics Summary Report is an attendance report that displays a summary of activity related to your FitVID on Demand videos during the selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Note: When a video is deleted from FitVID on Demand, it will no longer be displayed in this report

Summary cards in the Video Metrics Summary Report

Summary Card

Description

Average Views Per Client

The total number of video views divided by the total number of clients who viewed your videos during the selected date range.

Average View Duration

The total amount of time spent viewing your videos divided by the total number of views for all your videos during the selected date range.

Total # Of Videos

The total number of published and unpublished videos you uploaded during the selected date range.

Total Views

The total number of views for all your videos during the selected date range.

Note: To count as a view, 80% of a video’s duration must be watched.

Total Unique Views

The total number of clients who viewed any of your videos during the selected date range.

Headings in the Video Metrics Summary Report

Heading

Description

Name

The name of the video.

Uploaded

The date the video was uploaded.

Status

The publication status of the video (either Published or Unpublished).

Publish Date

The date the video was published.

Un-Publish Date

The date the video was unpublished (if applicable).

Category

The category to which the video belongs.

Tags

The tags associated to the video.

Levels

The difficulty level associated with the video.

Staff

The staff member assigned to the video.

Calories

The number of burnable calories set for this video.

Views

The total number of views the video has received during the selected date range.

Note: To count as a view, 80% of a video’s duration must be watched.

Unique views

The total number of clients who viewed this video during the selected date range.

Duration

The length of the video. This is displayed in hh: mm: ss format. For example, a 20-minute video would have a duration of 00:20:00.

Average Views Per Client

The total number of video views divided by the total number of clients who have viewed the video during the selected date range.

Average View Duration

The total amount of time for which the video was viewed divided by the number of views during the selected date range.

Note: A view duration can exceed the video duration. For example, if a client watches 12 minutes, restarts, then watches the full 30-minute video, the view duration will be 42 minutes.

Filter

Description

Staff

Determines whether a video should be included based on the staff assigned to the video.

Category

Determines whether a video should be included based on its category.

Level

Determines whether a video should be included based on its difficulty level.

Status

Determines whether a video should be included based on its status.
