Video Metrics Details Report

To access the Video Metrics Details Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Video Metrics Details.

The Video Metrics Details Report shows how clients interacted with your FitVID on Demand videos within a selected date range. It includes data on video views, client engagement, and more, with summary cards at the top offering key insights.

Note: When a video is deleted from FitVID on Demand, views for that video will no longer be displayed in the Video Metrics Details Report.

Total

The total number of published and unpublished videos you have uploaded.

Headings in the Video Metrics Details Report

Description

Client

The name of the client who viewed the video.

Note: Anonymous User appears when a non-client watches the video. This occurs if both Enable only for specific Client Types and Enable only for specific Client Groups are turned OFF for the video's category. video’s category.

Video Viewed

The name of the video viewed by the client.

View Date

The date the client viewed the video.

View Source

The source through which the client accessed the video.

For example, the client could access the video using a direct URL, the Client Portal, or the Achieve Client App.

View Duration

The total amount of time the client spent watching the video. The amount is displayed in [hours]:[minutes]:[seconds]

Note: View duration can exceed video length. For instance, if a client watches 12 minutes of a 30-minute video, restarts, and watches to the end, the total view duration will be 42 minutes.

Video Category

The category to which the video belongs.

Advanced filters in the Video Metrics Details Report

Category

Determines which videos to include based on the category to which the videos belong.

Exclude unique views

Determines whether repeat viewings of a video should be included in the report.

For example, if a client watches a video three times and you select Yes under Exclude unique views, only one of this client’s views will be included in the report.

Exclude anonymous views

Determines whether a view should be counted if the video was watched by an anonymous user, who isn’t a client at your business.

Note: video categories with the Enable only for specific Client Types and Enable only for specific Client Groups are turned OFF enable anonymous viewing.
