Prerequisites are classes or events that a client must attend before they can book a specific service. For example, a client may be required to complete five sessions of Basic Yoga before they can attend Advanced Yoga.
To add prerequisites to a class or event, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button then click Setup > Services.
In the Services menu, click Classes or Events.
In the list, select the class or event you want to add prerequisites for. Use the Search or add filters to easily find the class or event.
Scroll down to the Advanced Settings for the service, and under Prerequisites, set the Enable prerequisite services option to ON.
Use the search bar to select which classes or events will be prerequisites. You can select multiple classes or events as prerequisites.
Under Number Of Visits, specify the number of prerequisite sessions (up to 1000) that the client must attend before they can book the class or event you’re editing.
Click Save.
