To access Classes, click the App Drawer button then click Setup > Services > Classes.

Understanding classes

A class is a series of sessions offered to clients.

Clients can be booked into a class in various ways, such as booking a class session through the Client Web App, being booked into a class session by a staff member, or simply dropping in on a class session.

  • Automatic scheduling: Multiple individual sessions are generally scheduled mid-to-long term. Classes are designed to be reused by different staff members.

  • Client choice: Clients can choose to attend a class according to their own schedules and interest.

  • Payment flexibility: Flexible payment options for one or more sessions.

What can you do with classes?

Classes are a flexible way to offer services to groups of clients. Here’s how you can use them in WellnessLiving:

  • Schedule sessions that include asset reservations, like spin bikes or yoga mats.

  • Manage your attendance list, seamlessly add clients, and take payment.

  • Send class announcements through our marketing suite to keep your clients in the loop about newly scheduled sessions.

  • Follow up after class to ask clients to leave a review.

Getting started with classes

Before clients can start booking classes, follow these steps:

  1. Create the Class: Use the Staff Back Office of WellnessLiving to set up the class details.

  2. Schedule the Class: Determine when you want to offer the class and add sessions to your schedule.

  3. Start Booking: Once everything is set up, clients can begin booking their classes hassle-free.

Key tips

  • You must create and schedule a class before clients can participate in its sessions.

  • Unlike events, clients are not obligated to attend every session of a class.
