After you've created your classes, you can start scheduling class sessions so clients can book and attend classes. You can schedule a class from the schedule or from your class setup pages.
For information about how to make changes to a scheduled class, see Modify, cancel, or restore a scheduled class.
Key tips before you begin
You can only view the schedule for ongoing classes up to six months ahead. Future sessions are scheduled automatically. However, changing the date, time, or adding a substitute instructor will stop clients from being booked into future class sessions after six months.
When booking a recurring class, clients are enrolled in all available sessions on selected days, including multiple same-day sessions.
Unwanted bookings can be manually removed by a staff member, but we recommend creating multiple different classes for days or time periods to simplify your booking process.
