Use a relationship's email address
Updated this week

When two client accounts are linked through a relationship, you can choose to disable one client’s login privileges and send all their email messages to the linked client’s email address. These linked accounts will share email login information. This action can be reversed at any time.

Note: When clients share an email, automated notifications may be duplicated for the email owner. For example, a parent booking for a child may receive two booking confirmation emails.

Use a relationship’s email address

To use a relationship’s email address, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button and then search for the client whose email address will be used. For example, if a parent’s email address will be used for a child’s profile, go to the parent’s client profile.

  2. On the side menu of their client profile, click Relationships, and select the linked client whose login information will be disabled.

  3. On the side menu of the relationship’s client profile, click Profile Details.

  4. Under Email address, click Disable login account.

  5. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

  6. Under Email address, select the Use [relationship]’s email checkbox.

  7. Click Update Account.
