A relationship profile is a client profile that is associated with another client profile, such as a parent and a child. Clients can create relationship profiles from the Client Web App and Achieve Client App.
Clients can also sign in as their associated relationship profiles. When signed in to a relationship profile, a client can:
View and edit the family member’s profile.
View their upcoming schedule and attendance history.
Book services for them.
Make payments for them.
The client can also be designated to pay for all the relationship profile’s transactions.
Sign an online waiver for them if they’re a minor.
Key tips before we begin
Clients can only sign in and edit relationship profiles if the Allow clients to sign in to, book for, and edit related profiles of the selected relationship business policy is set to ON.
Clients can only view and link their profile to a relationship profile if the Display relationships on the Client Web App and Achieve Client App business policy is set to ON.
If a client has a negative account balance before their account is linked to one or more relationship profile, the client’s account balance can’t be paid by their relationships until the amount owed is settled.
Add a relationship as a client
Desktop – Client Web App
To add a relationship from the Client Web App, complete the following:
In the top menu, click My Profile, then click Edit Profile.
On the Relationships card, click Add relationship.
In the All transactions for this account paid by field, select who will be paying for the relationship profile’s transactions.
In the This client is a [relationship] of [client name] field, select the relationship with the client.
Enter the new client’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Click Add relationship.
Mobile – Achieve Client App
To add a relationship from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab, then tap Add relationship.
Under Transactions are handled by, select who will be paying for the relationship profile’s transactions.
Under Relationship type to you, select the relationship with the client.
Enter the new client’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Tap Save.
Sign in as a relationship profile as a client
Desktop – Client Web App
To sign in as a relationship profile from the Client Web App, complete the following:
In the top menu, click My Profile.
Click the Edit Profile button.
On the Edit Profile page, locate the Relationships
Click the Action button next to the family member you want to view.
Click Sign in as this client.

Mobile – Achieve Client App
To sign in as a relationship profile from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
At the top of the screen, tap the profile you want to access.
In the confirmation popup, tap Sign in.
