As a client, you can use the Client Portal and Achieve Client App to control which types of automated notifications and marketing campaigns you receive. You can modify these settings to opt-in or opt-out of receiving email or SMS notifications that communicate your upcoming schedule and services, account management activities, and the business’s news and updates.

Key tips before you begin
If you're receiving unwanted push notifications, you must manually turn off push notifications from the device’s settings.
To receive email or SMS notifications using the QUICK contact method, you must have the EMAIL or SMS options under News and Updates set to ON.
To receive SMS messages from Message Center, you must have the SMS option under News and Updates set to ON.
Desktop - Client Portal
To change your notification settings as a client from the Client Portal, complete the following:
In the top menu, click My Profile.
Click the Notifications tab.
On the Notifications tab, update your subscription settings. For more information on the types of notifications included in each category, see Notification categories.
Click SAVE.
Mobile - Achieve Client App
To change your notification settings as a client from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
On the Profile menu, tap Settings.
Under Notifications, update your notification settings. For more information on the types of notifications included in each category, see Notification categories.
