As a client, you may have a profile with more than one WellnessLiving business. When you sign in to the Client Portal or Achieve Client App, you'll see services offered by the business you're currently signed in to. You can switch the business you're accessing by following the instructions below.
Key tips before you begin
Your client must have a single client profile associated with all businesses they want to switch between. If they have different client profiles in each business, you can merge the profile in your business with the one in the other businesses. See Understanding clients who have profiles with more than one business for more information.
Switch between businesses as a client
Desktop – Client Portal
To switch between businesses from the Client Portal, complete the following:
Click the your profile icon and select Switch Business.
For Enterprise businesses, select Switch Location.
In the menu, select another business or location.
Mobile – Achieve Client App
To switch between businesses from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the Book Now tab.
Tap the name of the business at the top of the screen.
Tap the name of the business you want to switch to.
If the business has multiple locations, each location will be displayed in the list. Tap the name of the location to which you want to switch.
Tap Update.
