Manage your account connections as a client

Clients can connect their WellnessLiving profiles to their Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Microsoft accounts.

  • When connected to Facebook, clients can sign in to the Client Portal or the Achieve Client App using their Facebook account.

  • When connected to Twitter, clients can sign in to the Client Portal using their Twitter account and share their bookings or purchases on Twitter.

  • When connected to Google, clients can sign in to the Achieve Client App using their Google account and sync their WellnessLiving schedule to their Google Calendar across all their devices.

  • When connected to Microsoft, clients can sign in to the Client Portal or Achieve Client App using their Microsoft account and sync their WellnessLiving schedule to their Outlook Calendar.

    • The Microsoft Outlook integration can only be used with personal Microsoft accounts. If clients want to connect their organizational Microsoft accounts, they must contact WellnessLiving Support for further assistance.

Key tips before you begin

  • Each social media account can only be linked to one WellnessLiving profile; linking it to multiple profiles will cause an error.

  • You can only sync your Apple Calendar from the Achieve Client App.

  • Microsoft Outlook and Apple Calendar integrations are for personal accounts only; shared calendars can't be synced.

    • If clients want to connect their organizational Microsoft accounts, they must contact WellnessLiving Support for further assistance.

  • If an error message appears when attempting to connect to your Google account, you’ll need to change your Google security settings to allow access to less secure apps. For more information, see Google Support.

Desktop – Client Portal

To manage your social media connections from the Client Portal, complete the following:

  1. Click My Profile.

  2. Under SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, connect or disconnect to the social media profiles:

    • To disconnect a profile, click the name of the social media platform that you want to disconnect from, then click OK.

    • To connect a profile, click the name of the social media platform that you want to connect to and sign in, if required. Confirm your authorization. Your accounts are connected.

Mobile – Achieve Client App

To manage your social media connections from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Profile tab.

  2. On the Profile menu, tap Settings.

  3. Under Social Media Connections, tap the button for the social media platform that you want to connect to and sign in to your social media account.

  4. Tap OK in the confirmation popup to complete the connection.
