Clients on a wait list for a service are automatically promoted from the wait list if a spot becomes available. You can manually promote clients from a wait list if you want to allow them to attend even when there isn't a spot available.

Promote a client from a class or event wait list
To manually promote a client from a class or event wait list, follow these steps:
- View the attendance list of the class or event. 
- Under Wait List, find the client you want to promote from the wait list. In the Promote column, click the Promote button  
Promote a client from an appointment or asset wait list
To manually promote a client from a class or event wait list, follow these steps:
- Click the App Drawer button  then click View All > Schedule. then click View All > Schedule.
- Selec an appointment or asset booking. 
- Next to Wait list, click View. 
- Find the client you want to promote from the wait list, then click Move to appointment or Move to asset. 
- In the confirmation pop up, click Promote.

Promote a client from a wait list on the Elevate Staff App
To manually promote a client from a wait list on the Elevate Staff App, follow these steps:
- Tap Schedule. 
- Tap the service for which you want to promote a client from the wait list. 
- Tap the Add button  next to the client’s name. next to the client’s name.
- In the Add to attendance list popup, tap I’m sure.
