To access the Wait List Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Wait List.
The Wait List Report shows services with active wait lists during a selected date range. Services are removed from the report once all wait-listed clients are promoted. You can use this report to view both upcoming and past services with wait lists. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary card | Description |
Waiting | The total number of services with active wait lists during the selected date range. |
Headings in the Wait List Report
Heading | Description |
Service Name | The name, time, date, and staff member related to the service with the wait list. |
Location | The location of the service. |
Staff | The name and profile image of the staff member scheduled for the service. |
Spots | The maximum number of clients who can attend the service. |
Booked | The number of clients booked into the service during the selected date range. |
Waiting | The number of clients on the wait list during the selected date range. |
Advanced filters in the Wait List Report
Filter | Description |
Client Types | Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type. |
Start Time Range | Use this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred. |
Classes | Use this filter to determine which classes to include in the report. |
Events | Use this filter to determine which events to include in the report. |
Appointments | Use this filter to determine which appointments to include in the report. |
