Delete, deactivate, or reactivate a product

You can deactivate a purchased product to prevent further sales while keeping all its information, including sales data, in WellnessLiving. You can reactivate products at any time.

Only products that have never been purchased can be deleted, which permanently removes all associated information.

Delete, deactivate, or reactivate a single product

To delete, deactivate, or reactivate a single product, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Products.

  2. Click the product you want to modify. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find it.

  3. Click Edit.

    • To deactivate the product:

      1. Set the Activate Product option to OFF.

      2. Click Save.

    • To reactivate the product:

      1. Set the Activate Product option to ON.

      2. Click Save.

    • To delete the product:

      1. Click Delete Product.

      2. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

Deactivate or reactivate multiple products

To deactivate or reactivate multiple products, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Products.

  2. On the Products page, click the List View A screenshot of the List View button button.

  3. Select the checkbox next for every product you want to deactivate or reactivate.

    1. Select the checkbox next to Item Name to select all products on the page.

      • If the list of products has more than one page:

        • Click Select all records from all pages to select all products across all pages.

        • Click Deselect all records from all pages to deselect all products across all pages.

  4. To deactivate or reactivate the selected products:

    • Click Activate Selected to reactivate the selected products.

    • Click Deactivate Selected to deactivate the selected products.
