Deleting, deactivating, or reactivating a Purchase Option

To prevent a Purchase Option from being bought again, you can deactivate it. This keeps all its info and sales data intact. You can reactivate it anytime, and manage multiple Purchase Options at once.

Key tips before you begin

  • If you deactivate an auto-renewing Purchase Option but keep it available for existing clients, it will continue to auto-renew for them.

  • You can only delete a Purchase Option if it’s never been purchased. Deletion permanently removes all its information from WellnessLiving.

Caution: If you deactivate a membership (or a package containing a membership) and make it unavailable to clients that currently own it, it will be canceled for them. If reactivated, clients that previously owned it must repurchase it to use it again.

Deactivate or reactivate a single Purchase Option

To deactivate or reactivate a single Purchase Option:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Purchase Options.

  2. Select a Purchase Option to access its settings.

  3. To deactivate the Purchase Option:

    1. Set the Activate Item option to OFF.

    2. Under Deactivate On, select the date on which you want the Purchase Option to be deactivated.

    3. To disable this Purchase Option for clients who have already purchased it, set the Usable by clients who already purchased option to NO. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

    4. Click Save.

  4. To reactivate the Purchase Option:

    1. Set the Activate item option to ON.

    2. Click Save.

Delete a Purchase Option

Note: Purchase Options can only be deleted if they haven't been purchased by a client before.

To delete a Purchase Option:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Purchase Options.

  2. Select a Purchase Option to access its settings.

  3. Click Delete.

Deactivate or reactivate multiple Purchase Options

To deactivate or reactivate multiple Purchase Options, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Purchase Options.

  2. On the Purchase Options page, click the List View Image button.

  3. Select the checkboxes next to the specific Purchase Options you want to deactivate or reactivate. Select the checkbox at the top of the list to select all Purchase Options in the list.

    • If the list of Purchase Options has more than one page:

      • Click Select all records from all pages to select all Purchase Options across all pages.

      • Click Deselect all records from all pages to deselect all Purchase Options across all pages.

  4. To deactivate or reactivate the selected Purchase Options:

    • Click Activate Selected to reactivate the selected Purchase Options.

    • Click Deactivate Selected to deactivate the selected Purchase Options.
