You can deactivate an appointment type so that it’s no longer available to be booked. Deactivated appointment types won’t affect any previously booked appointments of that type.
Key tips
Deactivated appointments must be reactivated before clients can book them again.
To view deactivated appointment types on the Appointments page, remove the Status filter.
Deactivate an appointment type
To deactivate an appointment type:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Services > Appointments.
Select the appointment type to deactivate.
Set the Active Appointment option to OFF.
Click Save.
Reactivate an appointment type
To reactivate an appointment type:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Services > Appointments.
Select the appointment type to reactivate.
Set the Active Appointment option to ON.
Click Save.
