An event can be either deactivated or deleted from WellnessLiving. You can only delete an event if it hasn’t been sold and has no upcoming sessions. If the event has already been sold, it can only be deactivated. Deactivated events can be reactivated at any time. Deleting an event is irreversible.
Deactivate an event
To deactivate an event:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Services > Events.
Select an existing event.
Set the Active Event option to OFF.
Click Save.
Delete an event
To delete an event:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Services > Events.
Select an existing event.
Click Delete Event.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
