You can filter the client list to isolate deactivated clients.
Locate deactivated clients in the Staff Back Office
To locate deactivated clients in the Staff Back Office, follow these steps:
- Open the App Drawer then click View All > Clients. 
- Open the Advanced Filter  menu. menu.
- Under Client Status: - Select the Deactivated Clients checkbox. 
- Clear the Activated Clients checkbox. 
 
- Click Apply Filter.
