You can filter the client list to isolate deactivated clients.

Locate deactivated clients in the Staff Back Office

To locate deactivated clients in the Staff Back Office, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Clients.

  2. Open the Advanced Filter Image menu.

  3. Under Client Status:

    1. Select the Deactivated Clients checkbox.

    2. Clear the Activated Clients checkbox.

  4. Click Apply Filter.
